By accessing and using the Agent Lab website, Founder Signal System SaaS product, and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create in the Founder Signal System (posts, briefs, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. 5. Subscription and Billing

The Founder Signal System is offered on a subscription basis at $97/month (or as otherwise stated). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for partial months
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payment attempts may result in service suspension

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or upgrades that temporarily disrupt service. We are not liable for damages resulting from downtime or data loss due to technical failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Founder Signal System and related services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Founder Signal System for:

• Illegal or unauthorized activities
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Distributing malware or malicious content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Creating false or misleading content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
